Shipping policy

 


Shipping, Processing & Fulfillment

All orders go through two stages: production and shipping. We partner with Printful, a trusted print-on-demand fulfillment partner, to produce and ship your items.

  • Production time: 2–5 business days (97% of orders ship within 5 business days)
  • Shipping time: Varies by destination and method selected
  • Total estimated delivery: Production + shipping time

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping (3–8 business days after fulfillment): $3.99 for the first item; $1.90 for each additional item
  • Express Shipping (1–3 business days after fulfillment): Available for eligible orders

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Estimated shipping times after fulfillment:

  • 🇬🇧 Europe & UK: 5–10 business days
  • 🇦🇺 Australia, Japan & NZ: 4–14 business days
  • 🌍 Rest of world: 10–20 business days
  • Standard DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Available for select regions — no import duties charged to you at delivery
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days, available for select regions

In total, most orders arrive within 7–21 business days from the order date.


Customs, Duties & VAT

For orders outside regions where Printful has local facilities, your country may charge customs, VAT, or import duties. These fees are set by your local authorities and are not collected by Marivosso at checkout. Standard DDP shipping is available for select regions if you'd prefer duties handled upfront.


Delays

Occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order hasn't arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us with your order number and tracking information.


Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, Printful will provide a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's progress.


Address Errors & Returned Packages

If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll hold it for 14 days. Please contact us promptly to confirm the correct address. Double-check your shipping address at checkout — use the USPS ZIP code lookup tool if needed.


Damaged, Defective or Lost Items

Our fulfillment partner uses a rigorous three-step quality control process. If you receive a damaged, defective, or mislabeled item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and a description — we'll arrange a free replacement at no cost to you.

If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date and we'll investigate and resend when appropriate.


Product-Specific Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary by product category:

  • T-shirts: $3.99 base + $1.90 per additional item
  • Hoodies/Sweaters: $7.19 base + $1.80 per additional item
  • Hats/Beanies: $2.89 base + $1.40–$1.45 per additional item
  • Mugs: $4.69 base + $2.55+ per additional item
  • Home décor: $4.99 base + $2.90+ per additional item

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to certain countries due to legal restrictions or carrier limitations. Please verify your destination country before placing your order.
