Returns & Refund Policy
Our Policy Because every Marivosso piece is made to order just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, fit, or change of mind. We encourage you to carefully review our size charts and product descriptions before placing your order. If you're unsure about sizing, email us before ordering and we'll help you find the best fit.
Damaged, Defective or Misprinted Items We stand behind the quality of every order. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- A clear photo of the issue
- Your order number
We'll arrange a free replacement at no additional cost to you.
Lost Packages If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date. We'll investigate with our fulfillment partner and resend your order when appropriate.
European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, under EU consumer law. Your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please contact us to initiate this process.
Refunds Once a replacement or refund is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at contact@marivosso.com.
